I have been waiting for The Penguin since it was first announced as a series and I can say that it is exactly as good as I expected. He was a standout in The Batman and is even better in the lead role. On top of that, Cristin Milioti is just as good as Sofia Falcone.

I hope we get to hear more stories like this from this world

The two of them are fighting to see who is the number one gangster in Gotham and “bring order to all the chaos”. Some were worried that a supporting character like The Penguin wouldn’t carry the show and wouldn’t work without Batman or Bruce Wayne, but don’t worry because this is more than just a villain character in a superhero show, it’s a great crime drama in its own right. It’s a dark, gritty crime drama that is so much fun to watch unfold.

As a fan of this character, when I heard the books were being turned into a series, I was worried that all the things I love about the books and characters would be ruined as the majority of film/tv series adaptations usually are.I can say that my concerns were unfounded.

Season 1 and 2 were OK, but they unnecessarily stretch out the Season 3 episodes, which is annoying

Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be) Written by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans Presented by The Pixies. The season 3 episode was good, but then they just build up some moments that don’t make us emotionally connect with the situation and I mostly developed a few unwanted conversations with the characters. It used to be very exciting, but now it has turned into a drama that seems out of place.

Maybe they have plans for another season

I think after the first episode of season 3, the remaining 8 episodes can really be compressed into 3 episodes at most. But this method of stretching out episodes isn’t ideal, as most fans find it irritating, myself included. I hope they solve the problem next season.
