I am rating this after watching episode 7 and I look forward to watching this every week

The first episode starts off in a bizarre fashion and I think might cause some viewers to abandon ship early, however the writing is very clever and the time jumps that go back and forth add a delightful twist to every episode. It’s hard to trust the negative reviews on this because the Marvel fan base has become as bad as the Star Wars fan base so take it with a grain of salt.I think the casting is pretty good and Kathryn Hahn does a splendid job reprising the Agatha Harkness character all in all I think of you like a darker mystery and enjoyed WandaVision then you will probably like Agatha all Along as well..

Here isn’t a film for everyone

It tries something different, with a single focused camera angle and a story that takes place over hundreds (or millions) of years. But that’s also part of the problem that keeps it from standing out.

It also takes a while to get going before we get to the meat of the story

We’re given little time with each plot point, with most scenes lasting 1-5 minutes before jumping to the next scene. If it had been a little more focused on our core group of characters, the ending would have had a much bigger impact.

It also goes a bit overboard with how much stuff happens in a single space

There was also a bit too much CGI that looked rough, and a focus on placing characters really close to the camera for scenes that all felt a bit forced. In the end, ‘Here’ is an ambitious film that ultimately fails to deliver a fully satisfying story because it’s too concerned with its notion of showing everything that happened in this one spot and making the camera angle the main focal point of the story.

What I like about Jia Zhangke is that her works of Chinese cinema are highly interesting and something that seems so different from any other filmmaker in China.

In many ways, using strange approaches to digital camera, approaches to themes, music, characters and setting

This film feels like a statement of her career, in a documentary and fiction style, it is a mesmerizing experience.

Using archival footage and mixing non-linear fiction and non-fiction, Zhangke presents a melancholic and avant-garde narrative and atmosphere that is filled with wonderful performances and themes explored

Featuring characters, performances, music and dialogue that feels realistic and almost as if you are observing the daily life of an individual and the nature of human beings.

I don’t suggest this is the first film you watch by Jia Zhangke, but I will say it’s amazing

Zhao Tao continues to shine with her natural performance and language in every scene she is in, the soundtrack choices are interesting and the whole scenario of fiction versus non-fiction, although it may turn off many viewers, I found it interesting and a great experiment in storytelling.

I actually love everything Taylor Sheridan does, so I knew it would be no different

This is a fun crime show that knows exactly what it wants to be, and you can tell the cast, led by Sylvester Stallone, are all having fun doing it. It’s about a New York mob boss named Dwight “The General”; Manfredi (Stallone) who is released from prison after 25 years. He thinks he’s getting a hero’s welcome, but he’s sent to Tulsa to run things.

It’s obviously doing well because it’s already been renewed for a second season, which is great news!

After not feeling the love from his gang the way he thinks he should, he starts building his own in Tulsa. Some of it may seem a little silly, but overall it’s a really good show that’s definitely worth watching.
